About Go!Spa

Go!Spa opened it's first store on Oct 3, 2005. People ask us all the time what posessed us to go into the spa business with our business backgrounds. My husband and I founded Go!Spa because we believed there was a need for a spa where busy girls could take care of themselves in a friendly, upbeat and playful environment. We wanted a spa where you could pay a fair price and receive a high quality service with high quality products in a clean and sanitary environment.

Because I've always been an "on the go" girl myself, I also wanted a place where I could catch up with friends while taking care of myself. I was tired of expensives lunches or dinners with friends when that valuable time could be spent in a more relaxing and let's face it....more healthy way. I wanted a place where I could join a friend for a relaxing pedicure or facial together. I also wanted a place where multiple friends could gather to catch up post morning car-pool, during the day, or to celebrate a GNO or Bday party in the evening.

I remember telling my husband about how much fun I had hooking up with good friends at a local "walk-in" establishment for pedicures but how despite the low cost of the service, I never felt good about the service. On the other hand, I didn't like the attitude at higher end spas and the stuffy environment associated with it.

On Oct 3, 2005, we opened our first Go!Spa in St. Louis, Missouri and we dedicate it to YOU...our fellow multi-tasking girlfriends everywhere who understand the importance of making the time to take care of themselves and the importance of surrounding themselves with the right people at all times. As Oprah says, "Only surround yourself with people who are going to lift you higher" and that is the motto we live by. Go!Spa is dedicated to YOU, girlfriend!
