Cancellations/No Shows

We know life is far from perfect but giving us the slip is not hip. If you do not call to cancel at least six hours in advance, you will be charged for your service.

Appointment Policy

Our mission is to stay true to our clients' time slots. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. We don't like to cut your service short or have to ask you to reschedule, but we must be considerate of time and scheduling in fairness to our other clients. So please be on time!
