Appointment Policy

Our mission is to stay true to our girlfriends on the go! Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. We don't like to cut your service short or have to ask you to reschedule, but we must be considerate of time and scheduling in fairness to our other girlfriends. So please be on time girlfriend!

Cancellations/No Shows

We know life is far from perfect but giving us the slip is not hip. All scheduled appointments will require a credit card at time of booking in order to secure the service. If you do not call to cancel at least two hours in advance, your credit card will be charged.

Product Exchanges and Refunds

We will happily refund or exchange unopened skin care products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products that have been opened may be exchanged or a house credit will be issued. Make-up and undergarments may not be returned due to sanitation regulations. Unique Boutique items can be returned in 30 days in good condition, with original receipt. Clothing, purses, footwear, and jewelry must be unworn with tags intact, with original receipt. After 30 days, we cannot return, exchange or issue house credit.
